Life can become overwhelming in ways that aren’t always visible from the outside. You may be functioning, even accomplished, yet struggling with direction, meaning, or the feeling that something essential is not quite aligned.

I work with individuals who want help thinking clearly, living deliberately, and engaging their lives with greater integrity and purpose — particularly during periods of transition, creative struggle, or quiet dissatisfaction.

As a therapist, coach, and educator, I offer a collaborative and thoughtful relationship — one that is grounded, non-judgmental, and attentive to both practical realities and deeper questions of meaning. My work integrates psychological insight, creativity, and concrete, reality-based approaches, without relying on formulas or superficial self-help. At its heart, this is work about attention, responsibility, and belonging — to oneself, to others, and to the larger life one is trying to live.

“Scott was kind, balanced, and compassionate. He made us both feel comfortable and able to open up about tough subjects in a way we had trouble doing in our own relationship, creating a safe space for navigating conflict that we were able to learn to build for ourselves. We are really glad we found Scott and we greatly appreciate his help in bringing us closer together”.Mike and Dana
